DIRECTIONS- To soften bristles, let soak under hot running water, then starting at feet, brush in long upward strokes towards the direction of your heart, up your torso, then brush from your hands to your shoulders and towards your heart, then up your back.  Finish by gentle, back and forth strokes all over your body.
